Self Employment Consulting, LLC was started in 2022 by Ron Kuhlman, a franchise consulting veteran of over twenty years. Brian Kuhlman joined the business in 2025 as a partner. Ron and Brian are both members of International Franchise Professionals Group, an award winning organization with the best franchise and business opportunity relationships and resources in the industry.

We have over sixty years of combined business experience. Ron is an industry veteran in franchise consulting; having spent the last twenty five years as a consultant and regional director. Brian has twenty years of sales and management experience outside of franchising. Between the two of us, we bridge the generational gap and speak the language of the clients that we work with.
